large selection friendly staff helpful staff
the breakfast buffet included a large selection of items. tables were cleared quickly and drink machines were restocked regularly. the staff were friendly and very helpful to me.
the bathroom taps emitted a noticeable drain smell.

room 528 had a nice layout! i liked the quiet atmosphere and the friendly approachable staff, i arrived early and was able to store my bags securely. breakfast was great with lots of choice, including cooked options, cereal, and fruit. the nearest car park, peel street, is a short walk away, less than 5 minutes
The room was fine and nice and clean though we were turfed out one day while a young man cleaned. he took me by surprise or i would just have said to give me the clean towels and leave the rest. his foot was in the door holding it open. We felt we had no option but to leave.

My room included a comfortable bed with clean linens. I found the room temperature easily adjustable. the bathroom had towels available. Amenities included shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The hotel has a well-equipped fitness center accessible 24/7. I saw several treadmills, stationary bikes, and weight machines available. vending machines offered snacks and drinks on multiple floors. Ice machines were functional and easily accessible.

Acceptable but with Issues
sewage smell inadequate management
The location was good, very close to the center.
Upon arrival, a sewage smell was apparent in the bathroom. staff did not resolve the water supply issue . Finding another room myself became necessary. The disaster planning seemed inadequate, and the management response to the water failure was not satisfactory.

central location free breakfast improper room broken phone
the location was convenient it was within walking distance to many attractions. breakfast was included the selection offered pastries cereals and cooked options
the room i booked was not properly set up for the number of guests we specified. the phone in the room was not working i could not easily contact the front desk

proactive staff bigger room great location
the staff were proactive. I felt looked after. The location is very close to many good places. The room size is bigger than most apartments, I have seen.
the queen size bed was far too low for my liking. the mattress was way far too springy. this caused me back pain.
